Q: Is there anything I need to prepare for to study the cookery course?

A: During orientation week, the school will match each student with a full set of the uniform required in the kitchens. This includes one jacket, pair of pants, hat and apron. It is highly encouraged by past students of the cookery course that students buy a second set of uniform and perhaps additional pieces such as extra aprons, hats, etc. Students are responsible for their own black leather shoes that must be closed around the toes and the top of the foot. This means no sports shoes, no women's flat shoes etc. This requirement is for the safety of students' feet in the kitchens so please keep that in mind!! We recommend black lace up shoes that can be bought at many shoe stores around campus.
